Educational Programming Guide When you schedule an exhibition with ExhibitsUSA you will receive a copy of our Educational Programming Guide before the exhibition arrives. These guides provide information for educational programming both within the institution hosting the exhibition and for training docents and schoolteachers. Items found in the reference materials include an exhibition checklist, tour schedule, introductory readings, artists biographies, glossary and timeline, and an annotated guide to related books and films, audio CDs, and videotapes with distributor contact information. Items found in the education section generally include educational activities, lesson plans, a tour script with a selection of slides, gallery guides, a list of speakers who have expressed an interest in working with venues hosting the exhibition, and copies of useful materials that introduce the ideas and concepts explored in the exhibition. |
